Paleo Breakfast

In our western society breakfast is mainly associated with cereals, breads etc. these are all grain based options. If your new to Paleo, and struggling to think of a breakfast solution, you may need to think outside of the cereal box. Most of my breakfasts include egg, an inexspensive protein that is so versatile that it doesnt really get boring.

I Always have a batch of PALEOPEAK bread in the freezer ( available from the shop shortly)

In the morning I just whip it in the toaster and add a poached egg, avocado or diced tomato.
